Find a quiet place to brush your dog with time and calm. Gently brush your pet's coat in the direction the hair grows. Start at the head and gradually work your way towards the tail, taking special care on your dog's stomach, legs, genitals and anus. Avoid insisting on the same area, since this could irritate your pet's skin and coat. Brush until all dirt is removed from the dog's skin, tangles are removed and all areas of the skin have been brushed.
